Setup instructions:
1) Provision a 'Calven Kiosk' account - contact Calven Support if guidance is required
2) Open browser on ipad, go to kiosk.calven.com , and complete the sign-in process for your kiosk account.
3) Click on the share button from the menu and select Add to Home Screen. Change title to 'Calven Kiosk' and click Add. This will create a new tile on your iPad.

4) Find the new Calven Kiosk tile on your iPad and click to open.
5) You will be prompted to sign-in. The window will open with the search/URL bar at top hidden and users therefore can't navigate to other websites or apps. The floorplan for today (at the default floor of the primary location associated with the Calven Kiosk account) will be displayed.
Users can perform various actions for today, including searching for a user, scrolling across floors, booking/releasing a desk, booking a meeting room, etc.
Desk booking changes will trigger a notification being sent to the affected user: "Kiosk booked you desk X in Neighbourhood at location today".
