If you’ve got room calendar integrations configured in Calven, you’ll be able to book a room in a few different ways:
Booking a room in Calven Mobile
There are multiple ways to find rooms to book via the Calven mobile app:
To quickly find a room that’s available for booking right now, use the menu button and tap ‘find a room’:
If you have a specific room in mind, you can also tap on it from the floor plan to book it:
Booking a room via QR Code
Some rooms can be booked via physical QR codes around the office - if you see a QR code outside a room, scan it with your phone’s camera to open the room in the Calven app, then follow the steps above to book it.
Booking a room in Calven Web
To book a room in Calven web, just select the room on the map, then use the sidebar to choose your meeting time and press ‘book’ to confirm.
