Administrators have the ability to configure links to company resources and external websites/apps, and make these shortcuts accessible to users from within Calven.
Each link can be mapped to:
- A single location - e.g. local public transport or building concierge
- All locations - e.g. IT Help Desk or Leave/PTO System
You can include regular website links, as well as apps (if the third party has registered the URL to redirect back to their app).
Configuration steps
- Navigate to the Office Settings for a specific location in Backoffice, and scroll down to Office Resource Links
- Create an entry for each link
- Map the link to either this location only, or all locations

How to access
- Mobile: click on the blue 'Action button' and view all resource links
