This notification will trigger when a user’s working location is set to Office for the following day (or on a Friday for the following Monday), and they are on a wait-list for a desk. |

Admin booking notification |

This notification will trigger when an admin has booked a desk or changed the location on behalf of a user. |

Cancellation notification |

This notification when an admin cancels a desk booking on behalf of a user. |

Instructions for device settings
Users will need to ensure their mobile device settings allow for Calven notifications to be received.

Open Settings

Select Notifications

Select Calven
-
Select the following:

Allow Notifications → ON

Alerts for Lock Screen, Notification center, Banners → ON

Android
-
Open Settings and scroll down to click on Notifications.

Click to view more apps and find Calven in the list

Ensure that the toggle is switched ON for Calven
