Internal error occurred?

Here's what to do if you see an "internal error has occurred..." message when attempting to sign into Calven:

iOS:

Safari

  1. From the home screen, Select Settings > Safari.

  2. At the bottom of Safari's settings screen, Select Clear cookies and data or Clear Cookies and Clear Cache.

  3. Confirm when prompted.

 

Chrome:

  1. Open the Chrome app.

  2. At the bottom right, tap More.

  3. Scroll down and tap Clear browsing data.

  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

  5. Next to "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.

  6. Tap Clear Browsing Data.

 

Android:

Chrome

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app.

  2. At the top right, tap More.

  3. Tap History > Clear browsing data.

  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

  5. Next to "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.

  6. Tap Clear data.

 

Samsung Internet Browser

  1. Launch the Samsung Internet browser on your Android device.

  2. Tap on More to open the menu list.

  3. Tap Settings menu from the list.

  4. Tap on Personal browsing data.

  5. Tap on the Delete browsing data option.

  6. Enable the checkbox for Browsing historyCookies and site data, Cached images and files options.

  7. Hit the Delete data button.
