There can be scenarios where Non-Calven users occasionally attend an office and require a bookable workstation or parking bay for a specific day.
We recommend creating multiple accounts and provisioning into Calven, with the following conventions:
Single location
- First name: Guest
- Surname: 1YourCompany
- Email address: guest.01@yourcompany.com
Multiple locations
- First name: Guest
- Surname: 1City
- Email address: guest.01city@yourcompany.com
By creating distinct user profiles for this purpose, it will provide a method for Global / Bookings / Real Estate Admins to make reservations on behalf of non-Calven users with these generic accounts. The intent is that these accounts are never signed-in, but are rather utilized only for the above scenario.
