Integrate Brivo with Calven

Connect Brivo access control as a source of presence automations and analytics at your Calven offices.


To integrate Brivo with Calven you'll need...

Setting up the integration

  1. In Calven, go to Integrations from the main menu.
  2. Select the Brivo tile.
  3. On the Brivo integration screen, select + Add configuration.
  4. Enter your Brivo credentials/connection details when prompted to authorize the connection between Brivo and Calven.
  5. Once connected, you'll see two tabs: Configuration and Office Mappings.

Mapping access points to offices

  1. Go to the Office Mappings tab to configure which Brivo access points are at each Calven office.

    1. Each Calven office can have multiple Brivo access points (doors) mapped to it.
  2. Select an office, then choose the Brivo access points that correspond to its physical entrances.
  3. Repeat for each office with Brivo-enabled access points.

Managing your configuration

Return to the Configuration tab at any time to review or update your connection details. Changes to office mappings take effect immediately.

Using Brivo with Calven at your office

Once Brivo is configured, it can be used as a source of presence for automations and analytics at your office.
