Activity Log
Use Calven's activity log to see a historical record of events as they happen in Calven.
To use the activity log, you must be a global administrator in Calven backoffice.
Desk bookings log
Calven's activity log is a a powerful way to see every time user plans and desk bookings have changed. Equip administrators to answer any booking-related questions with a full list of historical events like auto-bookings, cancellations, and changes to working location.
- Navigate to activity log in Calven backoffice
- Use the search field to select the user who's activity you'd like to see
- Use the date picker to choose the date range you'd like to see activity for
Reading the activity log:
- Event time is what time the event occurred
- Booking day is the day of the booking that was changed
- Description is a brief description of what happened
- Changed by shows whether the change was made by a user or by Calven's auto-booking engine
- Reason is a brief explanation of why the booking may have resulted the way it did
Presence events log
View presence events in order to validate accuracy of office attendance by user, and ensure correct configuration of presence integrations with Calven.
